Greek Cucumber dip (Tzatziki/Satziki)

  • 2 cups Greek style yogurt
  • 1 cup cucumber finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Greek One Spice®

Sprinkle salt over cucumbers, place in tea towel and squeeze out water.  Combine all of the ingredients, stir well and chill at least one hour before serving.

Can be used as a vegetable dip or in a Greek Gyro sandwich
