Creamy Low Carb Frittata
Preheat oven to 180°
8 eggs season with Greek One Spice to taste (approx. 1 tsp) + 1 TBSP Parmesan
+4 eggs season with Greek One Spice to taste (approx. ½ tsp) + 1/2 TBSP Parmesan
Cooked and chopped sausage (I used Texan Mexican from)
Chopped purple onions
Cheese Mix – 1 cup Edam 1/4 cup Parmesan
1.5 TBSP milk + 1.5 TBSP cream
Cook 3 strips of bacon completely cool, crumb
Whisk eggs with ¾ of the milk and cream in a bowl, season with Greek One Spice. Add all other ingredients except cheese.. Put in a non-stick round buttered baking pan. Bake at 180° for 10 minutes. Remove from oven; whisk the remaining 4 eggs with the rest of milk/cream pour on top, bake another 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, add cheese, place under grill until melted and golden, Remove from oven once more, add bacon crumb sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese place back under the grill for 1-2 minutes more... enjoy!
