Ingredients
- ¼ cup beer (or cider vinegar)
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tablespoons 12 Mix One Spice
- 10-12 prawns peeled and de-veined, leaving tails on
In a medium saucepan, mix Beer or vinegar, water and 12 Mix One Spice®. Bring to boil on medium heat. Gently stir in prawns, continue to stir until prawns turn pink. Drain well. Remember to double sauce recipe if using more prawns. Serve immediately alone, over rice in pasta or refrigerate and eat cold.
