Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

  • 500 grams shell noodles (1 standard bag)
  • 1-2 185g tuna in spring water
  • 1 teaspoon Greek One Spice®
  • 2 teaspoons 12 Mix One Spice®
  • 1 tin cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 TBSP mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • diced celery chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 cup peas (optional)
  • 1/4 cup real butter

Method

Pre-heat oven to bake 180° C (350° F)

Cook pasta al dente.  In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together except butter and cheese.  Place into a buttered casserole dish.  Top with parmesan cheese and pats of butter.  Bake in oven 45 min. to an hour until crunchy and golden.
